How to enable lunch and field work tracking

Turn lunch tracking and field work tracking on from organization settings so employees see the correct controls in the Zeppri mobile app.

Before you start

  • You need manager or admin access to organization settings.
  • Your employees must already be using the same organization you are editing.

Steps

Open the clock-in features section

Go to organization settings and find the section that controls lunch tracking and field work tracking.

What should happen: The feature toggles appear on screen with their current states.

Enable the feature you need

Turn on lunch tracking, field work tracking, or both depending on how your team works.

What should happen: The toggle changes state and the new setting is saved.

Verify the saved state

Check that the toggle stayed on. Let your team know the feature is now available.

What should happen: The setting stays on and the related mobile UI becomes available to eligible employees.

Result

Employees in the organization can use the enabled feature the next time they open the relevant clock-in flows.

Common problems

Employees still do not see the new feature
Ask the employee to reopen the relevant app screen after the setting is saved. If the feature still does not appear, confirm they are in the correct organization and that the feature was enabled for that workspace.
