Description of Service
Zeppri provides a cloud-based workforce management platform that includes time tracking, employee scheduling, time-off management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zeppri to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Limitation of Liability
Zeppri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
