How to configure work schedule settings

Set your organization’s operating days and weekly work settings so employee schedules, requests, and balances follow the correct baseline rules.

Before you start

  • You need manager or admin access to organization settings.
  • Your organization should already exist in Zeppri.

Steps

Open organization settings

From the dashboard sidebar, open Settings and then go to the organization settings page.

What should happen: The organization settings page loads with work settings and other organization controls.

Update operating days and weekly defaults

Choose which days your team works and set the default weekly hours.

What should happen: The settings form reflects the days and defaults you want the organization to use.

Save the configuration

Confirm the changes using the available save action in the settings section.

What should happen: Zeppri stores the updated work settings and uses them across relevant employee workflows.

Result

Your organization now uses the correct work schedule defaults for requests, balances, and related workflows.

Common problems

I cannot see the work settings section
Only users with the correct role can change organization-level settings. Confirm you are using a manager or admin account and that you are inside the correct organization.
