How to update your profile

Edit your profile details and profile photo from the Zeppri mobile app so your account stays accurate and easy to identify.

Before you start

  • You must already be signed in.
  • If you want to update your profile photo, keep the image ready on your device.

Steps

Open your profile from More

Go to the More tab and open your profile settings area.

What should happen: The profile page loads with your current account information.

Edit the field or photo you need to change

Tap the field you want to change (name, photo, etc.) and update it.

What should happen: The changed field or selected image appears in the form before saving.

Save the profile changes

Tap 'Save' to keep your changes.

What should happen: The profile page refreshes and keeps the updated information visible.

Result

Your profile information is updated and will appear correctly anywhere the app displays your account details.

Common problems

My profile image will not upload
Try a smaller supported image file and check your internet connection. If the upload still fails, keep the other profile fields updated and retry the photo later.
