How to sign in with your email and password

Before you start

On the first sign-in screen, type the email address connected to your Zeppri account.

What should happen: Your email remains in the field and both sign-in options stay available.

Tap the password sign-in option to move to the password form.

What should happen: The password field opens and the app keeps the email address you entered.

Type your password, then continue to complete sign-in.

What should happen: You see the home screen, or the organization picker if you belong to more than one.

You are signed in and can continue to the correct organization or directly into the app if no organization choice is needed.

I see a wrong password error

Check for typos and make sure caps lock is off. If it still doesn't work, try signing in with a magic code instead.

Select the correct organization after sign-in so you land in the right Zeppri workspace for your role and schedule.
