How to manage notification settings

Turn Zeppri push notifications on or off from the mobile app and fix permission issues when notifications are blocked by your phone.

Before you start

  • You must already be signed in to the Zeppri mobile app.
  • Notification controls work best when your phone already granted push permission to the app.

Steps

Open notification settings

From the More tab or account settings, open the notification settings page.

What should happen: You see the available push notification categories and their current toggle states.

Adjust the notification toggles you want

Turn individual notification types on or off based on the alerts you want to receive.

What should happen: The toggles update immediately and the changes are saved to your account preferences.

If notifications are blocked, fix it in phone settings

Only if needed: if the app shows notifications are blocked, tap the link to open your phone’s settings and turn on notifications for Zeppri.

What should happen: You can return to the app and see the permission warning disappear after notifications are enabled.

Result

Your preferred Zeppri notifications are enabled and the app no longer shows a permission warning if your phone allows notifications.

Common problems

Push permission is denied
Use the app’s open-settings action to go to your phone settings, enable notifications for Zeppri, then return to the app so it can refresh the permission state.
