How to choose the right organization

Select the correct organization after sign-in so you land in the right Zeppri workspace for your role and schedule.

Before you start

  • You must already be signed in.
  • This guide applies when your account belongs to more than one organization.

Steps

Find your organization in the list

Look at the list of organizations on screen.

What should happen: You can identify the workspace you want to enter before selecting it.

Select the organization you need

Tap the Select button on the organization you want to use.

What should happen: The app loads the organization and takes you to the home screen.

Result

You enter the correct organization and can use the right schedule, activity history, and request tools for that workspace.

Common problems

I do not see any organizations
Make sure you signed in with the right email. If the list is still empty, ask your manager to check your invite.
