Before you start
- You need access to the email inbox connected to your Zeppri account.
- You need the Zeppri mobile app or mobile web app open on your phone.
Steps
Enter your email address
Type the email address connected to your Zeppri account on the first sign-in screen.
What should happen: Your email remains in place and the send-code option becomes the next action.
Tap 'Send me a code'
Tap the button that sends a code to your email address.
What should happen: The app moves to the code verification screen and tells you to check your inbox.
Enter the code from your email
Check your email for the code, then type it into the app.
What should happen: The app verifies the code and takes you to account selection or directly into the app home screen.
