How to invite employees

Send employee invites from the Zeppri dashboard so team members can join the correct organization with the correct role.

Before you start

  • You need manager or admin access to the Employees page.
  • Have the email addresses of the people you want to invite ready.

Steps

Open the invite dialog

Go to Employees and use the invite action to open the invite form.

What should happen: The invite dialog opens with fields for email address and role.

Add the employee email and role

Enter at least one email address and choose the correct role for each invite.

What should happen: The form shows a complete list of the invites you are about to send.

Send the invitations

Submit the invite dialog to send the invitations to your team members.

What should happen: Zeppri confirms success and the invites appear in the relevant employee or invite list.

Result

The invited employees receive access invitations and you can track pending invites from the dashboard.

Common problems

One of the emails is invalid or the invite fails
Correct the email format, verify the address belongs to the employee you want to invite, and resend the invite. If one invite fails in a batch, review the listed error and retry that address.
